Thrivent Financial for Lutherans

The local Thrivent reps stopped by with information on their financial solutions, resources for Lutheran community and non-profits as well as member activities. They are planning a Hosanna Habitat for Humanity volunteer day at the Bails Townhome Community (BTC) - Metro Denver's largest green building venture to-date. Be sure to sign up!

Sunday School Valentine Fundraiser

The Sunday School children held a Valentine's Day fundraiser. They raised $200 and donated all proceeds to Haiti relief.

Also, Pastor Greg won the $25 gift card to Armadillo Border Grill & Cantina for guessing the number of candy hearts. There were 642 hearts and he guessed 600. Congrats!

“Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!” A Family Event

Hosanna ELC is having a party! It’s plain as can be.
We want you to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday you see!
It will take place on the seventh of March.
We will make oobleck (it’s just water and cornstarch!)
The party’s from two to five, so please don’t be late.
Green eggs and ham will be served on a plate.
Stories, games and prizes galore!
We promise you that it won’t be a bore.
The Cat will be there along with the Fish,
Horton & Sam, the 2 Things and we wish…
